Advanced Collagen Formula contains Ovoderm® which has been both scientifically and clinically studied. The innovative combination of bioactive ingredients ensures that we have taken a giant leap forward and arrived at the highest level in the world of collagen; the 3rd generation collagen formula. With Advanced Collagen Formula, you will experience the innovations that Supprior has developed; collagen formation, cell protection and skin flexibility.

Advanced Collagen Formula is a 3rd generation innovative formula, composed of eggshell membrane (Ovoderm®), Vitamin C, manganese, copper and Boswellia serrata.

Collagen is a collective name for different types of collagen fibers which, in different parts of the body, perform specific functions. Collagen type I is the most common type of collagen in the human body, where it is found mainly in the tendons, bones, arteries and skin.

In the world of collagen supplements, a distinction is made between 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation collagen supplements.

  • The 1st  generation collagen products assume that taking collagen alone is sufficient.
  • The 2nd  generation collagen products add an antioxidant such as vitamin C. Vitamin C is a free radical scavenger (antioxidant), protects and preserves healthy cells and tissues.
  • It is the 3rd  generation of collagen supplements that understand the whole process of protecting cells from oxidative damage (vitamin C), the normal formation of connective tissue (manganese), keeping the connective tissue in the skin supple (copper) and other mechanisms for which we selected Boswellia serrata. Unfortunately, legislation does not allow us to say more about this. Various orthomolecular knowledge bases and platforms can.

In practice, the targeted support of a metabolic pathway requires careful consideration of specific micronutrients every time.

Over 70% of connective tissue consists of collagen. The primary function of collagen is to provide structure, cohesion, elasticity and strength to various types of connective tissue. There are different forms of collagen, with more than 90% of collagen in the body being type I collagen. Type I, III, V and XI are found in almost all types of connective tissue.

  • Ovoderm® is an incredibly powerful science-backed branded ingredient, that on top of undenatured collagen type I, V & X, contains hyaluronic acid and elastin. Integrated beauty care in one single ingredient based on eggshell membrane.
  • Vitamin C is important for all tissues containing collagen, such as blood vessels, bones and teeth, cartilage and gums.
  • Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue, in cartilage and bones (normal skeletal development and maintenance of strong bones).
  • Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal and supple connective tissues, such as strong (blood) vessels and cartilage.
  • Boswellia serrata is a tree whose resin is rich in boswellic acids, the active components of the tree. For several reasons Boswellia serrata has been added to ADVANCED COLLAGEN FORMULA. Unfortunately, legislation does not allow us to say more about this. Various orthomolecular knowledge bases and platforms can. The health claims for Boswellia serrata are that it helps to keep joints supple* and contributes to a comfortable feeling in the joints*.
